First week in the new job.... New leash of life perhaps?Loads of information and lots to follow-up on, but what's new in a new job? Heard a lot about the Ex-CEO, who was an iron lady and I guess that was the reason why the high turnover.
Current staff was all too happy with the new CEO and he seems to be a very nice person. At least makes you feel very comfortable. Things are starting to be in place and the moral is high.
Perhaps, just perhaps, I have made a right move. Let's see how it goes as time passes. Will be making my first trip with this organisation in 2 weeks time to Indonesian.... Let's just get it going! Yeah!
